Brian Armstrong: Users can send feedback through Coinbase API if financial transactions get stuck
Feedback for stuck financial transactions

Users are encouraged to send feedback through Coinbase's API if they encounter issues during financial transactions. Brian Armstrong, co-founder and CEO at Coinbase, provided instructions for users to connect using the API and report what their agent needs if a transaction becomes stuck.

Armstrong previously announced Coinbase’s partnership with Samsung to add USDC support to Samsung Wallet, powered by Coinbase here. He has also recommended using Base for earning and borrowing functions in crypto apps, citing its success on Coinbase here. These developments follow continued efforts to expand the company’s product offerings and integrations.
