Alex Bosworth: Lowering operational costs for zero-coordinator LN nodes remains a key challenge — LN integration faces cost challenges

Alex Bosworth, Alex Bosworth of Lightning Labs, described the process of integrating Lightning Network (LN) payments as becoming easier, but noted that operational costs remain significant. Bosworth said there is ongoing work to reduce these expenses, especially related to shared UTXO management, and emphasized the importance of dramatically lowering the costs associated with zero-coordinator nodes.
