Nasdaq has worst daily drop since March 2020, Gregory Raymond notes
Nasdaq sees steepest loss since 2020

The Nasdaq recorded a 6.36% decline on November 5, marking its worst session since the Covid crash of March 16, 2020, when it fell by 12%.

Gregory Raymond, a crypto journalist and commentator at Les Cryptos, reported that this drop ranks as the 26th largest daily decline for the index since 2000. According to Raymond, the 25 larger single-day drops were all tied to three major episodes, including the internet bubble.

Gregory Raymond previously reported that the New York Stock Exchange will operate markets on Hyperliquid via Trade XYZ. Another major incident this year saw Crédit Mutuel Arkéa targeted in a $133 million crypto-linked fraud. These events add to continued attention on significant market developments.
