Downside risk prevails amid volatile range and resistance cap

In the short term, the expected trading range for CLSK is $10.63 to $13.05, reflecting recent volatility. The probability of further downside is high, with limited chances for a strong rebound unless price action breaks above the $13.16 resistance. Base case sees price consolidating within this band, while a decisive move below $10.63 would open scope for additional losses.

Anton Kharitonov, expert at Traders Union, notes that CleanSpark's price action is distinctly bearish with the stock now trading well below all major moving averages and deep into oversold territory. He sees momentum indicators confirming persistent selling pressure, with little sign of a reversal. The analyst believes downside risk remains elevated while CLSK stays below $13.16 resistance. "As long as sellers control momentum and price remains under technical barriers, I remain cautious and see limited upside for the stock," Kharitonov says.

Earlier, analysts noted that CleanSpark remained under persistent selling pressure and faced elevated downside technical risks. The current analysis strengthens this view, with deeply oversold indicators supporting an increased probability of further declines unless CLSK can reclaim resistance above $13.16.
