Ankur Jain is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bilt Rewards, a loyalty platform enabling renters to earn points on monthly rent payments. Since its launch in 2021, Bilt has grown to more than 4 million users and partnered with major U.S. property groups covering over 4 million rental units. In January 2024, the company raised $200 million at a $3.1 billion valuation, followed by a $250 million round in July 2025 that lifted its valuation to $10.75 billion. Jain earlier founded Kairos, a venture studio that launched startups raising more than $600 million and reaching a combined valuation above $3 billion. His first startup, Humin, a contact management app, was acquired by Tinder in 2016, after which he served as Tinder’s Vice President of Product. Jain studied economics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Forbes estimated his personal net worth at $3.4 billion in 2025. Although not directly involved in crypto, Jain’s focus on payments and rewards may intersect with tokenized loyalty programs, stablecoin rails, and decentralized consumer finance.
