Cheng is regarded as a leading technical mind in crypto infrastructure, and was named among “Top 25 Web3 Builders” by CoinDesk in 2023. The Sui blockchain achieves transaction finality in under 500 ms and can process up to 120,000 transactions per second in testing. Cheng focuses on user-centric design, composable contracts, and gas-efficient execution. Mysten Labs has expanded into the Asia-Pacific region and is rolling out cross-chain interoperability with Ethereum-based dApps. Cheng’s public speaking appearances include the World Blockchain Summit and Token2049.
