Fast support

Not having Meta Trader 4

I had trouble connecting my account to MetaTrader, which the support quickly helped me with, and was also satisfied with the spreads on the ECN account.

At Otet Markets, I started trading on a Classic account, but the spreads were quite high, so after about a month I switched to an ECN account, which was better. The trading commission on majors is around $10, and execution is generally reliable. I use the MT5 platform, which is mostly stable and rarely freezes. However, payment options are limited to cryptocurrency transfers only. Withdrawals are usually processed within 3–4 hours to a Bitcoin wallet, with low fees, but the lack of alternative payment methods is inconvenient.

I was pleased with the variety of accounts and currency pairs at Otet Markets, but the commissions are not the lowest. The execution speed is satisfactory, and slippage is rare, though not always favorable. There are no requotes, and stop orders always trigger at the set level. Support is available 24/7, even during holidays, with chat operators online. I've never had issues with withdrawing funds, but I would like more payment system options. Additionally, there is a lack of analytics, market data, and Micro accounts.
