Bybit rolls out USDC trading on Aptos with 20,000 APT giveaway
Bybit, the world’s second-largest crypto exchange by trading volume, has announced support for native USDC on the Aptos blockchain — a first for the platform.
In tandem with this integration, the exchange has launched a monthlong promotional campaign dubbed the Bybit x Aptos Super Event, offering more than 20,000 APT in total rewards. The event is designed to attract both seasoned traders and newcomers to engage in staking, spot trading, and platform onboarding.
The campaign runs through June 26, 2025, giving users several ways to participate and earn APT tokens, the native asset of the Aptos Layer 1 blockchain known for its speed and scalability.
New USDC integration and multi-tier rewards
The highlight of this initiative is the listing of native USDC on the Aptos network. This development allows Bybit users to tap into a stablecoin alternative within the Aptos ecosystem, known for low fees and fast settlement.
To celebrate, Bybit has rolled out three reward opportunities:
1. New User Exclusive: Token Splash
- Register and complete identity verification.
- Deposit funds, and meet minimum trading requirements can earn 5 APT.
- This offer is capped at 1,000 users and ends on June 9, 2025, drawing from a 5,000 APT pool.
2. On-Chain Earn Staking Event
- Stake APT using Bybit’s On-Chain Earn service for at least 24 hours during the event are eligible
- Share a 5,000 APT prize pool.
3. Spot Trading Token Splash
Traders who transact at least $300 worth of APT on Bybit’s Spot market during the campaign will share in a 10,000 APT pool. Rewards are capped at 400 APT per user.
Strategic focus on Layer 1 and user engagement
This campaign not only incentivizes engagement on Bybit but also enhances Aptos’ visibility as a next-generation blockchain network. Bybit’s On-Chain Earn offers added utility to APT holders by providing daily staking rewards and contributing to Aptos’ network security.
The initiative reflects broader trends in crypto: the convergence of stablecoin utility with high-performance networks and exchanges fostering deeper ecosystem integration. For Aptos and Bybit, this partnership marks a step forward in building a user-driven, cross-chain infrastructure.
