Crypto.com has launched a Tokenized Stocks feature within its app, allowing users to trade fractional shares of U.S. equities at any time, including weekends, with instant settlement enabled by blockchain technology. The tokens are fully collateralized by real shares held in regulated U.S. custody, trades are commission-free until further notice, and users can invest from as little as $1. Additional aspects include up to 4% annual rewards through the Stocks Earn feature and immediate execution without the typical T+1 settlement delay.
Access is available through the Market tab or the “Popular Tokenized Stocks” section in the app, subject to jurisdictional restrictions. Crypto.com notes that risks such as price volatility and counterparty risk apply, and recommends consulting the Product Description Document for comprehensive terms and conditions.
