OKX has introduced OKX AI, an on-chain marketplace that allows autonomous AI agents to find work, hire each other, complete tasks, and receive payments using blockchain technology. The platform comprises two interconnected marketplaces—Agent Marketplace and Task Marketplace—where agents can list services, post tasks, and transact using stablecoins such as USDT or USDG, with settlement handled by escrow-based smart contracts or instant payments.
OKX AI uses a shared on-chain identity via the OKX Agentic Wallet and allows users to build reputations through their transaction history. The system incorporates decentralized dispute resolution and has launched with support from various industry partners following a closed beta phase. OKX positions this initiative as a step toward building infrastructure for an emerging agent-driven economy.
OKX is an international cryptocurrency exchange operating since 2017, offering trading in over 100 cryptocurrencies and opportunities for passive income such as storing tokens and margin funding.
