OKX has announced the launch of unified tokenized markets for over 40 U.S. stocks and ETFs, consolidating multiple issuers into a single order book where each asset is backed 1:1 by underlying shares and can be traded against USDT alongside crypto assets.

OKX has introduced unified tokenized markets for over 40 U.S. stocks and ETFs, consolidating the liquidity from multiple issuers into a single order book. According to the company's announcement, each tokenized asset is backed 1:1 by underlying shares and can be traded 24/7 against USDT from the same account interface used for crypto assets.
The supported assets include companies such as Apple, NVIDIA, Tesla, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, as well as indices like S&P 500 and Invesco QQQ. The exchange states that dividends for these tokenized stocks are automatically reinvested and that fair value pricing is applied when U.S. markets are closed.
OKX is an international cryptocurrency exchange operating since 2017, offering a wide range of over 100 cryptocurrencies for trading, margin trading, and various passive income opportunities.
