Bitget has introduced IPO Prime, a platform designed to give retail users access to tokenized instruments representing economic exposure to private pre-IPO companies. The initial offering, preSPAX, allows users to participate in the economic performance of SpaceX following any eventual IPO, but does not represent ownership, equity, or voting rights in the company. The process operates through a commit-based model, where eligible users can allocate stablecoins during a set subscription period, with allocations determined by both demand and user tier. After distribution, these tokens become tradable on the platform's spot markets. The offering is facilitated in cooperation with Republic, and Bitget notes that participation includes risks such as volatility, regulatory factors, lack of IPO, and liquidity limitations.

How to participate

To join Bitget's IPO Prime campaign for preSPAX tokens, users need to register with Bitget and meet eligibility requirements, with VIP tiers granting extra benefits. Eligible users can commit stablecoins (USDT or USDGO) during the subscription period (April 18–21, 2026 UTC); allocations depend on total committed and VIP level. After the commitment window, token distributions occur, and preSPAX becomes tradable on the Bitget spot market. Users can start by registering via the official sign-up link.
