BingX EU has received authorization under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) from Austria’s Financial Market Authority, permitting it to offer regulated crypto-asset services across most European Economic Area countries, with service launch pending the completion of passporting procedures.
BingX EU, operating as MEGE zweite GmbH and based in Vienna, has received regulatory authorization under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) from Austria’s Financial Market Authority. This status, granted in mid-October 2026 and publicly announced shortly thereafter, designates BingX EU as a licensed crypto-asset service provider (CASP). The license enables BingX EU to offer regulated crypto custody, fiat and crypto exchange, and transfer services across nearly all European Economic Area countries, once passporting arrangements are finalized. This authorization applies exclusively to the EU entity and covers core spot services, while other products such as derivatives remain outside the current license scope.
