Bitget has introduced its rToken Stock Transfer feature, which allows users to move eligible U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs from traditional brokerage accounts to Bitget, where assets are converted into rTokens via the In-Kind Tokenization Network. According to the published information, transfers occur through a Free of Payment method and support over 3,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs, with no transfer-in fee on Bitget’s side, although external brokerage fees may apply. Only whole shares are permitted, and transfers must originate from an account with the same name as the Bitget account holder. Once converted, rTokens can be used within the platform’s ecosystem for activities such as margin trading, lending, and 24/7 trading, eliminating traditional settlement delays.
