Backblaze, Inc. has released a new open-source plugin that allows for encrypted snapshots to be backed up directly to Backblaze B2. This update is aimed at addressing common risks such as local data loss due to compaction rewrites or misconfigurations by providing daily, shutdown, and pre-compaction backup options.

The plugin enables users to roll back to previous states directly from chat and supports seamless migration via HTTPS. This move enhances data resilience for OpenClaw users, offering improved protection and recovery for local data workflows.
