Grand Rapids Market branch closure impacts Saturday banking, ChoiceOne Financial Services responds — ChoiceOne closes Grand Rapids branch

ChoiceOne Financial Services has closed its Grand Rapids Market branch today due to the Amway River Bank Run impacting downtown operations.

The branch, located at 330 Market Ave., SW Grand Rapids, will resume normal business hours on Monday, May 11. Customers planning in-person banking should adjust their visit schedules. The company encourages clients to use alternative banking channels during the temporary closure.

ChoiceOne Financial Services recently hosted in-person home loan consultations with Mortgage Lending Officer Luella Ingles in Yale, Michigan, according to a prior announcement. The company also recognized Louise Vermillion for 28 years of service as she retired from the bank, as reported earlier this year. Both developments highlight ongoing personnel and service activity at the bank’s Michigan locations.
