Caribou Biosciences reveals CAR-T progress

Caribou Biosciences announced that it will deliver two oral presentations at EHA2026 to reveal advancements in its allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy programs for blood cancers.

The presentations will cover vispa-cel, targeted at lymphoma, and CB-011, aimed at patients with multiple myeloma. These programs leverage CRISPR technology in cell therapy development, reflecting Caribou Biosciences’ ongoing push to expand novel treatment options for hematological malignancies.

Caribou Biosciences CEO Rachel Haurwitz recently participated in a BofA Securities Health Care Conference in Las Vegas to discuss advances in the company’s biotech pipeline. Haurwitz also joined a Bank of America fireside chat webcast focused on the latest developments in cell therapy. These appearances follow ongoing company efforts to highlight progress in its CRISPR-based therapies.
