Nurix Therapeutics, Roche launch partnership

Nurix Therapeutics has announced a strategic partnership with Roche to develop first-in-class targeted protein degradation therapies aimed at patients with significant unmet medical needs.

This collaboration seeks to leverage both firms’ capabilities in biotechnology to accelerate the development and delivery of innovative treatments. The alliance is expected to drive advances in targeted protein degradation, an area that holds promise for addressing diseases that are currently challenging to treat.

Nurix recently announced updated Phase 1a/b data for its BTK degrader NX-5948 in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, slated for presentation at EHA2026 in June here. The company also shared preclinical and early clinical results for NX-5948 in chronic spontaneous urticaria at the SID Annual Meeting here.
