Caribou Biosciences announced that Dr. Binod Dhakal will present longer follow-up data on CB-011 from the dose escalation segment of the CaMMouflage phase 1 trial in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
The data will be disclosed on the final day of EHA2026, aiming to provide further insight into the efficacy and safety profile of the company’s CRISPR-based cell therapy approach. The CaMMouflage study represents an early-stage effort to address hard-to-treat cases within this cancer indication.
Caribou Biosciences has previously reported longer-term dose escalation data for CB-011 in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, outlining preliminary safety and efficacy results in an early study update (CB-011 dose escalation data). The company has also shared new results on its allogeneic CAR-T therapy programs for both lymphoma and multiple myeloma at EHA (allogeneic CAR-T cell programs at EHA). These disclosures provide additional context for Caribou’s ongoing CaMMouflage phase 1 trial.
