Ledger invites developers to showcase AI-powered device security tools
Ledger is encouraging developers to submit tools that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance device security and authentication. The company promoted the importance of features such as real signature verification, device confirmation, and robust guardrails for users.
Ledger stated that standout submissions may receive greater visibility, as the firm aims to accelerate advancements in secure hardware technologies with community-driven solutions.
Ledger recently halted a prompt injection attempt when its security system, aided by user action, prevented a malicious crypto transaction, according to a previous security incident. Earlier, the company introduced a cash-to-stablecoin service enabling instant conversion of fiat to USDC with IBAN payments. These initiatives reflect Ledger's ongoing focus on user protection and product development.
