The session opened with a gap down from the previous close of $603.16 to $600.31. Price action remains shaped by a bullish daily structure, with shares holding above the MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200. The nearest resistance is the weekly high at $606.65. RSI at 70.2 is in overbought territory, a stretched reading that limits room for further upside.
A close above $606.65 would show buyers are willing to follow through. Shares opened the session lower, with an initial drop from $603.16 to $600.31. Even so, from here the probability of upside over the next five trading days stands at more than 80%, versus less than 20% for downside, with a projected range between $584.51 and $611.02. A drop below $577 would show the move is being faded. On the weekly chart the longer-term picture stays constructive.
Previously it was reported that Lockheed Martin maintained a constructive outlook, supported by robust financial performance and continued technical strength. The new partnership with Albany Engineered Composites broadens Lockheed’s growth narrative, with technical traders now watching for a decisive close above $606.65 to confirm further upside momentum.
