Babcock & Wilcox restarts boilers

Babcock & Wilcox has provided critical support to a customer in the western region of Saudi Arabia by restarting a 40 tonnes-per-hour (TPH) D-Type package boiler originally commissioned in 1986.

In addition, the company performed detailed technical performance assessments for two 65 TPH package boilers first installed in 1976. These efforts underscore Babcock & Wilcox commitment to supporting the long-term efficiency and operation of established industrial energy infrastructure in the region.

Babcock & Wilcox recently introduced expanded boiler service solutions and aftermarket parts designed to help plants increase reliability and minimize downtime. The company’s finance team has also focused on collaboration during meetings and team-building events at its Akron headquarters. These initiatives add to Babcock & Wilcox’s ongoing support of industrial infrastructure.
