CVRx gains Devoted Health coverage

CVRx announced that Devoted Health will offer Medicare Advantage coverage for its Barostim therapy, effective July 17, 2026.

Devoted Health is a national health insurance company with the eighth largest Medicare Advantage enrollment in the U.S. The policy will expand access to Barostim therapy for eligible members of Devoted Health plans. Barostim is a device-based therapy aimed at treating patients with heart failure. The move is expected to enhance patient care options and position CVRx to reach a broader segment of the Medicare Advantage population.

CVRx recently marked continued progress in innovative therapy options with the completion of its sixth Barostim implant at The Mount Sinai Hospital, according to a previous company update. Earlier, CVRx executive Philip Adamson discussed his career and developments in heart failure care treatments on a medical podcast, as detailed in an earlier article. These activities highlight CVRx’s ongoing engagement in heart failure therapy.
