C4 Therapeutics reveals cemsidomide data

C4 Therapeutics announced it will present new biomarker data at IMS26, focusing on the immunomodulatory effects of cemsidomide combined with dexamethasone from its Phase 1 trial.

Cemsidomide is designed as a cereblon-modulating protein degrader targeting the transcription factors IKZF1 and IKZF3, both central in multiple myeloma biology. The company’s research aims to advance new therapeutic approaches in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
