Bending Spoons acquisition spree shapes next phase of Great Reset, Forge Global outlines
Bending Spoons buys Airtable, Miro

Forge Global reports that newly public Bending Spoons has emerged as an active buyer of previously highflying technology businesses Airtable and Miro at substantially lower valuations compared to their last funding rounds.

This development is described as part of a new phase in what Forge Global calls the Great Reset in the technology sector, where former market leaders change hands amid recalibrated expectations and funding conditions.

Forge Global recently noted that its July FPMI rose 9.3 percent, while FAPMI fell 4.2 percent due to a steep decline in SpaceX valuation. Details of these movements were reported in prior coverage. The new activity from Bending Spoons follows these earlier shifts in private technology company valuations.
