Rolls-Royce expands CorporateCare

Rolls-Royce is widening its CorporateCare Enhanced maintenance offering for business aviation customers at the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas. The added coverage and service features come without an increase in the program’s hourly rate and are aimed at lowering unexpected costs and operational complexity for operators.

Highlights

  • Rolls-Royce expanded CorporateCare Enhanced to include coverage for minor foreign object damage repairs performed without engine or nacelle removal and added free technical variance documentation.
  • The update extends nacelle painting access, simplifies line-replaceable unit core return with covered shipping, and introduces pre-arranged processes to reduce operators’ administrative workload.
  • CorporateCare Enhanced now covers more services for AE 3007, Tay, Pearl, BR710, and BR725 engines, with over 3,000 aircraft enrolled out of 4,300 powered, and 86% of new deliveries participating.

New coverage added to maintenance program

As reported by Rolls-Royce, the latest expansion of CorporateCare Enhanced adds protection against minor foreign object damage when repairs can be completed on-wing or near-wing and do not require immediate engine or nacelle removal. The update also includes free technical variance documentation for qualified and unqualified damage cases, excluding negligence, and broader life-limited parts coverage for time expiration for eligible Pearl customers.

Rolls-Royce is also adding access to nacelle painting services through its global Authorized Service Center network, while simplifying the line-replaceable unit core return process by covering return shipping costs. Planned process changes, including pre-arranged shipping and return labels, are intended to reduce the administrative workload for aircraft operators.

Lindsey Gillen, vice president of sales and marketing at Rolls-Royce, said the company developed the additions in response to customer feedback, with a focus on addressing unexpected minor damage, routine maintenance and logistics. The company says the enhancements are meant to provide greater certainty, lower complexity and more consistent support for customers operating Rolls-Royce-powered aircraft.

Business aviation support and fleet impact

CorporateCare Enhanced is Rolls-Royce’s fixed-cost-per-flying-hour engine maintenance management program for business aviation customers. The service is standard for new CorporateCare customers and is also available as an upgrade for eligible existing contracts.

The program covers additional services for AE 3007 and Tay engines, including troubleshooting and mobile repair team travel costs. For Pearl 15, Pearl 700, BR710 and BR725 engines, it also extends to whole-powerplant maintenance, including the nacelle, engine build-up, thrust reverser, unit-related services, and erosion and corrosion on engine and nacelle parts.

Rolls-Royce says it powers more than 4,300 business aircraft in service, with more than 3,000 aircraft currently covered by CorporateCare. About 86% of new Rolls-Royce-powered business aircraft deliveries are enrolled in the program, underscoring the service plan’s role in supporting aircraft availability, asset value and protection from unforeseen maintenance costs.

In our earlier article, we covered United Nigeria Airlines’ plan to raise up to N20 billion via its Series 1 and 2 commercial paper issuance to support fleet expansion and increase operational capacity. We noted that the proceeds were intended to strengthen the carrier’s domestic network and, if successful, could intensify competition in Nigeria’s local air travel market.
