Jamf buys Keep Aware for security

Jamf announced that its recent acquisition of Keep Aware reinforces its commitment to strengthening browser security for its customers. The company stated the deal enables Jamf to provide a unified security solution that protects endpoints, mobile devices, and browsers.

According to Jamf CTO Akash Kamath, the acquisition is intended to address existing gaps in browser protection and streamline security management for enterprise users.

Jamf recently introduced Bring Your Own Key in Europe, offering organizations increased control over cloud data security and compliance through a new cloud security option. Earlier this year, the company also launched an AI diagnostic assistant and enhanced APIs at its annual JNUC keynote, as detailed in Jamf's product update announcement. These developments follow the firm's continued expansion of its enterprise security capabilities.
