Highlights

  • CORE/USD remains in a strong bearish trend, trading below all major moving averages across multiple timeframes.
  • Momentum indicators confirm continued seller dominance, with no immediate signs of oversold or reversal conditions emerging.
  • Next 2–3 days expect CORE/USD to trade sideways in the $0.0230–$0.0270 range, with a high probability of further downside if support fails.

Bearish indicators reinforce risk as volatility and resistance converge

On the technical front, CORE/USD is trading below its MA-20 ($0.0258) and MA-50 ($0.0274) on the H1 timeframe, with the longer-term MA-200 on the daily chart at $0.0816. Immediate resistance sits at the Ichimoku Kijun level of $0.0263. Support is noted at $0.0230, while intraday volatility remains high. Momentum indicators remain bearish with both the MACD and ADX showing seller dominance. RSI is near 40, the CCI is in sell territory, and Stoch RSI remains neutral. The Bull/Bear Power (BBP) and the Awesome Oscillator (AO) indicators both align with this intraday seller pressure.

Downside risk dominates as breakout range narrows

Over the next 2–3 trading days, the expected volatility band is $0.0230 to $0.0270. The probability of upward movement remains very low, while downward risk is high. A sideways scenario within this range is most likely. Should CORE/USD break above the $0.0263 resistance, a bullish move could develop, while a fall below $0.0230 would indicate a further bearish extension.

Viktoras Karapetjanc, analyst at Traders Union, notes that CORE continues to trade with a bearish bias as technical pressure dominates. The recent drop below moving averages highlights dominant selling momentum, while volatility remains elevated. He points to the lack of positive fundamental or macro catalysts at present as limiting any rapid recovery. The analyst expects sideways price action within $0.0230–$0.0270 until a decisive break emerges. "With sellers in control and the absence of fresh drivers, I see CORE stuck in its range unless $0.0263 is reclaimed with conviction," says Karapetjanc.

Earlier, analysts noted that Core was entrenched in a persistent bearish trend with sellers dominating the outlook. The current price action and technicals reinforce this negative momentum, making a decisive move below the $0.0230 support a key risk to monitor in the coming days.
