Ethereum range holds as strong ETF demand counters correction risk
Ethereum continues to consolidate after its strong rally, while technical overbought conditions are limiting further momentum. At the same time, sustained inflows into spot ETH ETFs are preventing sellers from taking control.
According to SoSoValue, U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded around $192.3 million in net inflows on August 26, extending their positive streak to eight consecutive trading sessions.
The return of institutional demand has become one of the main sources of support for ETH. Despite short-term technical overheating and periodic profit-taking, steady ETF inflows are helping the price remain within its current range and have so far prevented the correction scenario from fully playing out.

$2,370–2,550 range defines Ethereum’s next move
Ethereum continues to consolidate within the $2,370–2,550 range. A break of either boundary will likely determine the direction of the next short-term move.
A sustained move above $2,550 would open the way toward the next important liquidity zone at $2,600–2,700.
At the same time, ETH continues to show signs of short-term overheating. The RSI (14) remains in overbought territory, keeping the risk of a deeper correction elevated.
If the price loses support at $2,370 and selling pressure intensifies, the downside target discussed earlier would remain around $2,200.
Market attention shifts back toward the AI trade
Following Nvidia’s strong earnings report, global market attention is shifting back toward the AI trade. The company’s results exceeded expectations, while the reaction across AI-related and semiconductor stocks was largely positive, confirming continued investor interest in the sector.
For the crypto market, this could mean somewhat lower activity after the recent sharp rally, as part of the speculative capital and market attention moves back toward technology stocks. Still, as long as Ethereum ETF inflows remain strong, it is too early to call this a meaningful rotation out of crypto and back into AI.
