Bybit EU review: Exchange introduces revamped VIP program for elite traders
Bybit EU, a subsidiary of the global cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, has unveiled its upgraded VIP Program for European users, designed to provide exclusive benefits, lower fees, and enhanced account privileges for high-volume traders. The program—branded “Your Gateway to Greatness”—introduces tier-based rewards, including up to 50% discounts on trading fees, personalized interest rates, and access to premium events and support services.
The VIP structure ranges from VIP 1 to Supreme VIP, with eligibility determined by users’ 30-day average balance or spot trading volume. For instance, clients holding a balance of $100,000 or trading $1 million over 30 days qualify for VIP 1 status, while Supreme VIP members—those trading over $100 million—gain access to Bybit’s top-tier privileges.
In addition to financial advantages, members enjoy a variety of non-monetary perks, such as VIP Gala invitations, limited-edition gifts, exclusive meetups, and personal relationship managers for VIP 2 and above. Bybit emphasized that the program aims to deliver “real people, real dedication,” highlighting its support team spanning 160+ countries and multilingual 24/5 assistance.
Seamless upgrade path and cross-exchange recognition
To encourage new participants, Bybit EU introduced a “Jump 2 Levels Instantly” feature, allowing traders from other exchanges—such as Binance, OKX, Bitget, or Crypto.com—to apply for an equivalent or higher VIP tier by submitting proof of their recent 30-day trading volume. Once approved, clients can begin enjoying fee reductions and enhanced borrowing limits immediately.
VIP levels are automatically updated daily at 7 a.m. UTC, and users retain a 14-day grace period if they temporarily fail to meet the criteria. The platform ensures transparency with real-time updates and provides direct access to exclusive products, higher withdrawal limits, and customized API access for VIP users.
Commitment to transparency and client protection
Bybit EU reiterated its adherence to the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and its ongoing commitment to 1:1 reserve ratios for all customer assets, ensuring proof of funds verification at any time. The company noted that the program is voluntary and can be amended or withdrawn without prior notice but remains part of Bybit’s broader effort to strengthen its premium client services in regulated markets.
