SpaceX Super Intelligence bundles X Premium, Grok and Cursor into subscription plans
SpaceX unveils AI bundle

As competition intensifies in paid artificial intelligence services, SpaceX Super Intelligence is combining X Premium, Grok and Cursor into a single offering called The X Subscription. The bundle spans five tiers from a free plan to a $200-a-month Ultra option, with broader AI access and higher usage caps at more expensive levels.

Highlights

  • SpaceX Super Intelligence bundles X Premium, Grok, and Cursor into five subscription plans ranging from free to $200 per month, with tiered AI usage caps.
  • The bundle offers Grok chat (voice, images, video, API), agentic AI Bot, Cursor coding, and X Premium features, with full Grok access requiring Premium ($30/month) or higher.
  • The unified package targets subscriber growth in the competitive AI market, offering existing X Premium+ users a comparable or lower price for broader features.

Subscription bundle and pricing structure

As first reported by TechCrunch, the new package brings together X's paid social media features with Grok's artificial intelligence tools and Cursor's coding capabilities under one subscription structure.

Users on the bundle can access Grok for chat features that support voice, images, video and the API, while Grok's agentic AI Bot is also included. The package also adds Cursor for AI coding and X Premium features such as the blue verification checkmark, creator tools and fewer ads.

SpaceX Super Intelligence is offering five plans: free, Plus at $8 per month, Premium at $30 per month, Super at $100 per month and Ultra at $200 per month. AI usage caps rise across the tiers, while the free plan includes only limited chat and agent use, and access to the latest Grok models requires Premium or a higher plan.

Push for subscriber growth in AI market

The company is positioning the bundle as a way to win more paying users in a competitive market for AI subscriptions, where it faces rivals including OpenAI and Anthropic. The strategy is based on the idea that a combined product could appeal more broadly than stand-alone subscriptions for individual services.

SpaceX Super Intelligence also says the new structure gives existing X Premium+ subscribers another incentive to move, because a comparable plan in the new lineup costs the same or less. Current users can switch through their subscription settings on X as the upgrade option rolls out gradually, or keep their existing plans.

Our earlier coverage on AI-driven enterprise transformation highlighted that deploying AI at scale is less about simple coding automation and more about complex change management, governance and risk controls. We noted that companies need reskilling and practical implementation frameworks to address issues like bot errors, hallucinations and operational security, rather than focusing on hype-driven expectations.
