Pavel Durov, chief executive officer at Telegram Messenger LLP, reports that TON leads Layer-1 blockchains in finality time.

He highlights TON's performance in achieving rapid transaction completion compared to other Layer-1 chains.

Durov has previously commented on crypto-related security incidents in Europe. Earlier this year, he cited 41 kidnappings of crypto holders in France during 3.5 months of 2026. He linked the incidents to data leaks and actions by tax authorities.
