Stacy Herbert: Top CUBO+ students to attend San Salvador bootcamp on Bitcoin and ecash
Stacy Herbert, manager of El Salvador's Bitcoin Office at Bitcoin Office, El Salvador, announced that leading CUBO+ students will participate in a special three-day bootcamp in San Salvador with Christian Kümmerle.
The curriculum includes Jimmy Song's Programming Bitcoin course and education on Chaumian ecash, as implemented in Cashu.
Herbert previously announced the fourth graduation of more than 1,000 young Salvadorans from the CUBO+ bitcoin and Lightning developer program. She also reported that most spots at the Plan B Summer School were claimed by students from El Salvador's bitcoin and Lightning development initiative. The initiatives form part of ongoing efforts to build local expertise in digital currency technologies.
