Francis Pouliot, CEO at BullBitcoin.com, has created an extension to BIP322 as an addendum to his Bitcoin Jurat protocol following difficulties with an unreliable notary for Bitcoin ownership proof.

He states that it is now possible to irrefutably prove when a Bitcoin ownership proof was created by using the timechain as a notary.

Pouliot recently discussed the custodial aspects of Spark wallets, highlighting the importance of transparency around wallet security tradeoffs in a previous interview. Earlier this year, he also detailed Bull Bitcoin’s Mexico tour, which featured multiple event stops through early July, according to company updates. These activities follow his continued involvement in expanding Bitcoin infrastructure and education.
