10 out of 15 most traded perps on Nansen are non-crypto, Alex Svanevik notes
Majority of Nansen perps are non-crypto

Alex Svanevik, chief executive officer at Nansen, observes that 10 of the top 15 perpetual contracts traded on Nansen are based on non-crypto assets.

He adds that the goal is to enable trading of all asset types using agents.

Svanevik has previously analyzed token project fundraising flows, noting cases of fundraising followed by price collapse and founder exits in certain token launches. He has also commented on Japan’s response to the 1990s asset bubble, summarizing how rates were kept near zero to manage public debt after the collapse in his review of Japanese economic policy. These earlier observations provide context to his recent remarks on expanding asset coverage in perpetual contracts.
