Strategy acquires BTC, repurchases STRC

Michael Saylor announced that Strategy has acquired 1,665 BTC and repurchased $152 million of STRC.

As of September 27, 2026, the firm holds 847,666 BTC and $6.02 billion in USD assets.

Earlier this month, Saylor reported that Strategy acquired 4,603 BTC for $370 million and repurchased $152 million in STRC, bringing total assets to $6.71 billion as of August 30, 2026, according to company filings. On a subsequent update, the firm added 950 BTC and increased its STRC buyback program to $174 million, with holdings reaching 846,000 BTC and $6.09 billion in assets at the time. The company has maintained a steady pace of Bitcoin purchases and STRC repurchases throughout the year.
