Confidential and decentralized assets gain traction, Avery Ching notes
Confidential assets and orders debut on Aptos

Avery Ching, co-founder & CEO at Aptos Labs, highlights the rapid growth in adoption of confidential and decentralized technology.

According to Ching, confidential assets such as confidential APT are now operational on Aptos, enabling asset transfers where transaction volumes cannot be tracked but retain the speed of standard asset transfers. Confidential orders with encryption are also live.

Ching has previously stressed that Aptos should demonstrate innovation equal to its underlying technology, according to comments in a recent article. He has also described MonoMove as the biggest leap in smart contract development, citing its advances in addressing challenges in decentralized systems in another report. These positions set the context for Aptos Labs’ current focus on confidential assets and transaction privacy.
