Anthropic S-1 discloses revenue and loss

Anthropic disclosed $16.3 billion in revenue and an $80.7 billion net loss for the first half of 2026, according to its S-1 filing. The company’s net loss included a $72.4 billion non-cash charge associated with marking up its convertible notes, as well as an operating loss of $693 million and an adjusted loss of $1.6 billion. The S-1 also stated the ticker will be ANT.

Simon Taylor, co-founder of 11:FS, reported these figures from the filing.

Taylor has previously reported on Rain’s introduction of embedded stablecoin wallets and its filing for a national trust bank charter. In an earlier note, he highlighted that the use of refund agents may drive up sale costs for retailers in quarterly financials. These reports reflect Taylor’s continued coverage of financial and fintech sector developments.
