Stylecraft Homes rises to 59th-largest builder

Stylecraft Homes has become the 59th-largest homebuilder in America, with its volume more than doubling since 2014. Lance Lambert reported that the company is concentrated in Central Texas and its CEO, Doug French, will be joining the ResiDay 2026 event.

Lambert has recently tracked shifts in financing costs for homebuyers. He reported that the U.S. 30-year fixed mortgage rate climbed to 7.60 percent, remaining above 7.50 percent for 11 days. In an earlier update, he noted the average rate hit 7.56 percent, alongside a 10-year Treasury yield of 5.28 percent.
