North Korea's use of Binance funds questioned

Ian Bremmer questioned what North Korea intends to do with the $6 billion it allegedly stole from Binance, suggesting that it is unlikely the funds will be used to help the country's population.

Bremmer also wondered whether U.S. President Donald Trump will address this issue if he proceeds with a summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
