Anthropic inks $895 billion computing deals

Anthropic has signed $895 billion in computing and chip deals extending through 2045.

Spiros Margaris also noted that the company is seeking additional computing resources by turning to former crypto miners. He added that while artificial intelligence presents significant opportunities for investors, access to power and computing capacity will determine future outcomes.

Margaris previously reported that Bank of America hired 1,000 extra contractors to address AI-driven security problems. He also noted Apple’s projected $25 billion storage cost as memory chip prices climbed fivefold due to AI demand. The latest deals highlight continued competition for core computing resources in the sector.
