Dan Ives: AI revolution outlook unchanged as slower datacenter and Capex pace seen as bullish
AI, Capex pace support Big Tech stocks

Dan Ives, partner and senior managing director at Yorkville Ives & Co., described slowing the pace of datacenter construction and capital expenditures as bullish for Big Tech stocks.

According to Ives, tech investors view the overall trajectory of the AI revolution as unchanged, with reduced concerns about Capex spending contributing positively to the sector.

Ives has previously highlighted earnings from Microsoft, Alphabet, and Amazon as key indicators for enterprise spending and AI deals. In a separate view, he said Apple’s AI strategy could add $75 per share to its valuation. His latest comments on Capex spending come as Big Tech continues to invest in AI and cloud infrastructure.
