S&P 500, Nasdaq, Bitcoin experience declines

Equity markets experienced significant declines today, with the S&P 500 falling 4.4% and the Nasdaq down 5.5%, a drop Michael Saylor described as a 4σ event, which occurs about once every 19 months.

Saylor also noted that Bitcoin declined approximately 5%. In addition, $STRC closed at $99.56, just $0.44 below par.

Saylor has previously observed that four of CoinGecko’s top 10 tokenized stocks are based on MSTR and STRC as digital assets see wider adoption.
