Palantir stock holds near record highs as Wall Street earnings season turns cautious
Palantir has pushed to another all-time high, but the pace of the rally is beginning to change. The next question is whether fresh AI catalysts can keep the advance going without a more meaningful pause.
Ondas and Palantir have announced the creation of Regna AI, a standalone company focused on developing specialized AI models for governments, defense organizations and enterprises. Regna AI will initially be wholly owned by Ondas, while Palantir will provide the infrastructure used to train the models and help tailor them to specific customer needs.
Palantir is also scheduled to report third-quarter results on November 2 after the market closes, with its conference call beginning at 5:00 p.m. ET. After the latest rally, the earnings release is shaping up as one of the clearest near-term tests of elevated market expectations.

$207.52 becomes the key level after Palantir hits a new record
Palantir stock fully delivered on the scenario outlined in the previous analysis. The price reached the $200 target, kept climbing and eventually set a fresh all-time high at $212.94.
Momentum is now showing its first signs of cooling. If the stock fails to hold above $207.52, the odds of a short-term pullback toward support near $200 would increase.
Shorting PLTR while it continues to trade near record territory remains especially risky, however. A bearish setup would need stronger evidence of local weakness before gaining credibility.
If $207.52 holds, attention stays on another test of $212.94. A clean break above the record high would bring psychological resistance at $215 into view.
JPMorgan gives earnings season a cautious start
Wall Street has long used the phrase “as go the banks, so goes the economy” because major lenders are among the first companies to report and can provide an early read on business conditions, credit demand and market activity.
The opening signal has been less than ideal. JPMorgan reported profit and revenue below expectations, with weakness in FICC contributing to the miss. The stock was down roughly 2–3% in premarket trading after the release.
One report is not enough to call a broader earnings-season sell-off, but the opening tone is cautious. For richly valued growth stocks such as Palantir, the market’s response to upcoming bank and technology earnings could have an outsized influence on near-term volatility.
