NVIDIA and ServiceNow are collaborating to extend AI agent governance below the software layer. At NVIDIA GTC, policy control in the ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower is being designed for enforcement at runtime by NVIDIA OpenShell and at the hardware level by NVIDIA BlueField DPUs. ServiceNow has also introduced new EmployeeWorks AI capabilities and an Nvidia-backed AI Passport designed to support this AI agent governance, Benzinga reported.

Bullish daily structure holds as price recovers above key MAs

The session opened with a gap down from the previous close of $149.53 to $148.08, and price has since given part of that move back. Shares of ServiceNow continue to hold above their MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200, keeping the daily structure bullish. RSI at 62.5 is approaching overbought territory, suggesting the recent advance could be becoming stretched. The nearest resistance is the weekly high at $153.78, which marks the next level to watch if buyers resume control.

Upside probability stays dominant as traders eye a close above resistance

Traders should watch for a close above the weekly high at $153.78 to confirm that buyers are willing to follow through. After opening below the previous close at $148.08, price has retraced some of the initial decline from $149.53. The past week featured a sharp move higher without a sustained trend, but from here the upside probability is more than 80% and the downside probability is less than 20% for the coming trading week, with the expected range between $143.29 and $155.56. A drop below $140.39 would show the move is being faded. On the weekly chart the longer-term picture stays firmly constructive.

Earlier, analysts noted that ServiceNow was demonstrating sustained technical strength, underpinned by positive momentum and increasing enterprise adoption of its AI governance solutions. With the newly announced collaboration integrating NVIDIA hardware-level controls, traders should monitor for confirmation of a decisive upside breakout, as hardware-enforced AI agent governance could amplify the platform’s competitive edge and impact future trading dynamics.
