Bearish daily chart holds as price stabilizes near support

Oracle stock is positioned at support from the prior weekly high at $130.72, having pushed through this level and setting a new high for the week. Despite this strength, shares remain below the MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200, which keeps the broader daily chart structure bearish. The RSI at 39 is nearing oversold territory, an early indication that the recent decline may be getting stretched and could begin to stabilize.

Odds remain firmly negative as downside dominates the forward view

To gauge whether the recent move has staying power, traders should watch for confirmation in the price action. The price pushed through the weekly high at $130.72 and established a new high for the week, signaling buyers were active at that level. Still, after a contained move within a narrow range over the past week, the outlook for the coming trading week puts upside probability at less than 20% and downside probability at more than 80%, with an expected trading range between $127.48 and $134.49. A close above $135.22 would confirm acceptance by buyers, while a drop below $130.72 would indicate the move is being faded. On the weekly chart, the longer-term view remains firmly negative.

Previously it was reported that Oracle shares staged a tentative recovery attempt amid ongoing technical headwinds, with the sustainability of gains hinging on key support levels. The integration of OpenAI's AI tools introduces a catalyst that could challenge the prevailing bearish structure, making a close above $135.22 the critical signal for potential upside confirmation in the coming sessions.
