Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs by Ani Badalyan
Ani Badalyan has served as the spokesperson for Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs since March 2023. Her responsibilities include briefing national and international media, coordinating foreign press strategy, and shaping public narratives around Armenia’s foreign policy agenda. In 2025, she coordinated communications for more than 30 state visits, bilateral summits, and multilateral events, including sessions within the Eastern Partnership and EU-Armenia platforms.
Prior to her current role, Badalyan built more than a decade of experience in public affairs, diplomatic outreach, and information policy. She holds a degree in international journalism and has completed professional training programs in Brussels and Geneva. Her public briefings are regularly quoted by Reuters, AFP, and regional outlets.
No direct ties to crypto protocols, blockchain law, or token strategy have been documented. However, as primary public communicator for Armenia’s foreign initiatives, her position holds relevance in translating legal changes or cross-border compliance moves that could affect global crypto access. Any national developments in crypto policy or bilateral fintech coordination would likely be disseminated and clarified under her office, making this role structurally significant for regulatory transparency in emerging markets.
