Digital assets, institutional adoption, and crypto strategy by Aya Kantorovich

Aya Kantorovich is co-founder and co-chief executive officer of Fractal, a digital asset clearing and settlement platform launched in 2024. Fractal raised $6 million in a seed round within its first weeks, signaling strong institutional demand. The company enables banks, brokers, and asset managers to clear and settle digital assets on-chain, building infrastructure for regulated markets. Kantorovich previously worked as Head of Institutional Coverage at FalconX, a crypto brokerage valued at around $8 billion in 2023, where she oversaw relationships with more than 700 institutional clients.

Her career spans direct involvement in billions of dollars of crypto trading volume, and her current focus lies in bridging TradFi and DeFi markets. Kantorovich frequently speaks about the role of tokenized equities, yield products, and stablecoin infrastructure in enabling broader institutional adoption. With a professional track record of building trading desks, managing institutional flows, and scaling market access, Kantorovich is regarded as one of the key female leaders driving institutional crypto adoption in 2025.
