Bitget announced the launch of real-world asset (RWA) trading through Bitget Onchain in partnership with Ondo Finance, allowing users to trade tokenized versions of traditional financial instruments such as U.S. stocks, ETFs, and Treasuries backed 1:1 by underlying assets.
Bitget has introduced real-world asset (RWA) trading via Bitget Onchain in collaboration with Ondo Finance. According to the announcement, users can access tokenized versions of traditional financial instruments such as U.S. stocks, ETFs, Treasuries, and money market funds, all digitized on the blockchain and backed 1:1 by the corresponding underlying assets.
The service currently offers 103 RWA tokens—including shares of major technology firms, crypto-related companies, and ETFs—with trading hours aligned to U.S. stock market schedules. Trading is conducted using USDC, with zero gas fees for limit orders, and does not require a Web3 wallet, as transactions are managed through Bitget Onchain’s exchange-grade infrastructure.
