WhiteBIT has published details of its updated VIP Program, which provides a tiered set of benefits for eligible users. According to the official information, VIP members may receive trading fee discounts (up to 100% depending on level), a dedicated account manager, priority support, expanded withdrawal limits, access to sub-accounts, and additional exclusive privileges.

Qualification for the program is based on meeting any of several criteria—such as average asset balance, trading volume, or crypto lending amounts—within a calendar month, or by transferring VIP status from another exchange via a verification process. The update introduces changes intended to make qualification more accessible, with automated upgrades and downgrades tied to user activity, and supports regional variations in certain markets.

How to join the VIP Program

To participate in the WhiteBIT VIP Program, users must meet at least one eligibility criterion in a calendar month, such as a specific average balance, trading volume, or crypto lending amount.
